what to do about to removing ACV or EGR whatever :D

I have removed the most things now and want to remove this thing as well. i have removed the cat and everything as well but want to remove the source wich causes it to cough up smog in here. what should i do? sorry for bad english.

still have the main cat converter? the tube that goes into it and come up into the engine bay

nope everything is removed straight pipes. and im still using the twin turbo and using a different fuel rail so i cant use a blockofplate
