what to do about to removing ACV or EGR whatever :D

I have removed the most things now and want to remove this thing as well. i have removed the cat and everything as well but want to remove the source wich causes it to cough up smog in here. what should i do? sorry for bad english.

still have the main cat converter? the tube that goes into it and come up into the engine bay

nope everything is removed :D straight pipes. and im still using the twin turbo and using a different fuel rail so i cant use a blockofplate
