At what afr do you get nervous?

At what afr do you get nervous?
I'm in the process of picking up a wideband and was wondering what sort of AFR's I should tune for? I was thinking about 12.5, but a couple of guys I've talked to said to stay under 12. What do you guys tune/look for?
