went to the track

I tried searching, but no posts really related to my question.

I went to our 1/8th mile track today and was wondering if any of you guys could guesstimate what kind of 1/4 mile time/mph I'm probably at.

My best run was a 8.455 e.t. with a 1.998 60' at 84.58 mph.

My mods (if it helps) are:
Power FC
12 lb. flywheel
intake
downpipe
high flow catalytic converter
12 lbs. boost
underdrive pulleys.

thanks for the input.

(btw, raced and beat 2 diff. FD's, 2 diff. times, and a Maxima)

closest track to me is an hour away, it's 1/8th mile. the closest 1/4 mile is about 2 hours in either direction, so i get screwed into the 1/8th

I feel you, I've got two 1/8 mile strips about 30 mineuts from my house, but the closest 1/4 mile strip is about two hours away. Needless to say, I spend a lot more time at the 1/8 strips.

Got sucked into a drag strip thread. People need to state drag strip or road course. "Track" means different things to different people!

If it helps you out at all, my best run thus far was a 13.000, and my 1/8th for that run was 9.093 @ 86.49. I had a horrible launch, so the run shoulda been a bit quicker, but I'd think you should be just about 13.0.

An 8.4 @ 84 would be right around a 13.0, your mph seems low.

I went 8.2 @ 92 with dp, mp, cb, and Pettit ecu @ 8-9psi and 1.9 60' a long time ago.

sorry guys, should have said "strip."

I appreciate the replies, although I was expecting it to be a little faster.

Our 1/4 strip is about two hours away and this 1/8 is a lot closer.

Thanks again
