Question weird idle prob, please help

so heres my problem, i took my car for a long trip (philly to pittsburgh) over 400 miles. Ran beautifully the whole way until i hit stop and go traffic and noticed that i was idleing at 1500 rpm. after my trip i let the car sit and messed around w/ the TAS but it wouldn't drop any lower than 1500 . I figured it wasn't a major problem so i left it alone until my return trip. On my return trip i put it in neutral occasionally to check my rpm's. and heres where it gets weird. the rmp's would get stuck at 2000 until i blip the pedal, which then would go back to 1500. This is now happening often (but not always). What should i do? would adjusting the AAS help w/ this? Why is it getting stuck at 2000? Thanks for all your help ahead of time
-Kevin

Mine gets stuck between 1000-1500rpm even when fully warmed up and blipping the pdeal doesn't help either, just gets stuck there until it wants to drop. Until eventually it'll go down to about 750rpm then it decieds to go up again. Also when i turn off the car with the turbo timer on (key out of ignition) the idle will go down to 750-900 until it turns off.

HELP!

Make sure your throttle cable isnt getting crimped anywhere.. sounds like it might be a lil bit of a vacuum problem.. is it boosting fine?

my vacuum read 20 in normal, and the boost is only up to 7-8 sometime.... the normal boost i have is 5-6 only. So Godzilla-T78 what do you think the problem i have ???also if the fan goes on, the rpm will drop back down to 800..... any ideal ????

RE13REW:

Bring the car over, I have experience with these idle gremlins. I'm near Daly City.

I have an idle problem too...cold start is ok, but whenever my motor is warmed up, my idle tends to go up and down slightly between 900~700rpm (nomal idle is set to 900rpm)and after min. or so, my car will just die out. Could this be because I have RE Amemiya intake and its sucking in the hot air from under the hood?

mod: stage 3 m2 ecu, dp, greddy ic pipes,....etc
