weird hesitation.ignition problem maybe?

Ok so heres what the car is doing. If I hit the gas, instead of reving responsively it drops for a split second and then revs up.Its a very weird hesitation indeed. It doesnt matter how many times you try.It just keeps having this lag.Not turbo lag but I mean lag as to when I hit the pedal and when the engine actually revs up.It seems like the car wants to die out in this split second phenomenon as well.
Could it be a bad tps? I do have constant fluctuations between 1000 rpm and 1500 rpms. The car is also backfiring and something else that I find peculiar is that the car when first started and is driven seems to be fairly powerfull. But after say 15 minutes of driving the car feels crippled if you were to take off from a full stop.Im talking at least 5 seconds for the car to start moving like it was made to.Now when the econd turbo kicks in it kick in hard. But it seems like the primary isnt doing so well.Im sure im having multiple problems.Hopefully you guys can help me out.

I have this same hesitation problem, my cashpot is bad and I'm going to adjust my TPS tomorrow, hopefully it fixes my problem. Mine is so bad it stalls when I clutch it at a stop. I had to raise the idle to like 1100rpm in order to keep this from happening EVERY stop, but it still dips to liek 500rpm when I clutch it.

Yes, it could be. Better check it out, along with it's wiring. Getting any codes from the ECU?

no check engine light whatsoever.which sucks because the car is having problems but no codes to help diagnose it.I suppose a bad tps might be it.But then again I would rather not go on guessing again as to what it is.Im pretty sure the tps is bad though.Becuase I tried to adjust it last time and it had dead spots while going from closed to wot throttle.
Can anyone tell me how a bad primary turbo will behave? slow spool up maybe?

What mods do you have on your car..

Have you tried Heavy duty Ground??
From the Firewall to Engine??

Ironic that you mentioned this..
My car has that lil hestitation also.
I was watching it on my PFC's Bar graph.

like a Idle hestitation. RPM and Vacuum, dips a micro second before it
goes up..

I put a heavy duty ground stop on my FD, a while ago.
But notice it wasn't on there any more, after my reman/rebuild..

So ill be on my way to buy a $10heavy gauge ground stop.
and ill let you know if it fixes the issue.

I did actually add some ground wires to see if it would stop the bucking I used to get when in higher rpms.It did fix it but I still have this peculiar problem.
Let me know what happens with yours?
heres a full list of mods.
New Blitz 550 primary injectors and new 850 Blitz secondary injectors.
New fuel pressure regulator and fuel pulsation dampner
The whole solenoid rack was completely replaced with new parts and silicone vacuum lines.New Turbo control solenoid above the acv.
Both trailing coils are brand new.The leading coil hasnt been replaced yet.
Running magnacore spark wires 8.5mm
New intercooler couplers from hose techniques.
Blitz SUS intakes,Blitz Nurspec catback,Tsudo downpipe
Greddy Profec B spec 2 boost controller.
Blitz boost gauge.
Hope this helps.

NO ECU???

I gonna try the Ground, again
and if it doesn't work, illl see if I can get it tuned out.
(planning to get tuned in a week)

I had an idea of what it may be...
at Idle I am thinking, the car runs really rich.
Even to the point where i am leaving like Black
marks on the pavement during warm up (RICH).

So I speculating, when i initially hit the gas. Its making
it OVERly rich, causing the hestitation. Let see what
happens when my Tuner, lean out the idle. a lil bit...

Yeah I think it may fix the problem.
I was looking at the auto fd section of the fsm and It states that when brake torqueing the engine stall speed is supposed to be at 3000-3300 rpms.Well I tried brake torqueing the car in order to see if the stall speed is indeed 3000-3300 rpms.
Nope not even close. It goes up to about 1800 rpms and no further at wide open throttle. What does this tell you guys? damaged tranny? tps out of adjustment?
