Hello All. I in the middle of my nightmare that I call boost issues. I just got the car and am trying to troubleshoot my boost problems. Ok, I am making 10 psi on the 1st turbo when it does boost. Even though I make 10 psi, it doesnt want to rev. Basically the revs are climbing like a diesel. Just revving so slowly. Then at the crossover it makes 8 psi then falls off like 1 psi for every 1000 rpms until redline. Also revving very slowly. Sometimes the car will hesitate while trying to make boost almost like something is holding it back. I changed the fuel filter. Doing plugs this weekend. ALso, Ive seen a little smoke coming form the front of the Main Cat(flange). I think that the main cat is clogged but not sure. Will it be bad to drop the cat and drive the car around the block to test it. Car is bone stock. Any help guys??? I didnt think I could make 10 psi if the cat was clogges.
