weight of Blitz Nur Spec?

Does anyone know the approximate weight of the Blitz Nur Spec catback? I'm trying to find something lighter than an Apexi N1 Dual and the Blitz is priced well.

The N1 dual is heavy because the piping is mild steel. The Nurspec is stainless is steel and I doubt wieght will vary much except for the obvious much larger cans like the Greddy SP.

If you want to cut weight, you can go titanium, half titanium or get the smallest can in stainless. It won't register on the butt dyno, so there's not much point to shave weight unless it's for track events.

While I've never weighed any of my cat backs, I have had the Blitz Nurspec, N1 Dual, and the RB Dual tip, the the Blitz is the lightest of the three.

Rough guess, but I say the Blitz is lighter then the N1 dual by 10lbs or so, with the RB maybe a bit heavier then the N1 Dual.

i once owned a nur-spec until I wrecked my car. I currently have a greddy power extreme, never felt how heavy it is. Whats 10lbs?? Most people with rotories arnt worried about the wieght of the exhuast, there worried about what sounds the best. My opinion, get the nurspec becuase Its the best sounding exhuast I have heared on a rx7. i would choose it over the power extreme anyday. also, from what i have heared, the apex sounds like s**t. But if you want to go on the wieght reduction thing, go with the titanium exhuast systems.

ok, well the titanium exhuast will be the lightest, but the price wont. Go with the nurspec, its light, cheap, and sounds wonderful. Have you gutted the car yet??? if you have, how many lbs did you take off??s

I can sell you a supertrapp 3 in mp cat back combo. I can attest it is very light, but loud as hell. I just replaced it with a custom 3 in magnaflow system from vrs exhaust and sounds much better.
