Water Wetter

I have used it. I don't have any hard data to prove its possible benefits on temp reduction.
I have heard rumors that water wetter will kill your coolant seals. But I don't know if it's really true or not.

I have for quite a few different applications!!! All of my RX7's, my dirtbike, streetbike, and a few friend's cars. In MY opinion??? I thought it worked great, and at the very least, for only $7-$8 a bottle, it's added "insurance" and it'll last you until your next antifreeze flush. (I also tended to flush the entire coolant system, and used it when I filled the system back up.) I can't say exactly how much, but I did notice a difference!! REDLINE OILS is an excellent compan with the best oils I have ever seen!!!

I've used it and I saw no difference. The stock gauge will not show a noticable difference. I think it's a rip off and besides, it "supposivly reduced temps bt like 5 degree..whoopdi do.

First do a search
This has been debated upteen times
I use it
There has been feers of O-ring related failure
I have no way of knowing if it helps or not or if it is damaging
It is supposed to reduce local boiling points...
Conclusion: its up to you to form your own opinion

Well 5 degrees can be worth it. I was at an open track event, and 5 degrees was making all the difference in the world between my car running strong, and starting to misfire as the temperatures rose. $7 got me back out there racing and having fun instead of worrying with temperature. No you probably WON'T see it on the stock gauge, but like everyone knows, that's because the stock gauge is worthless. If you have a PFC and your temps are getting in the 100 range, you'll probably see a difference with the Water Wetter. And for the record I use teflon seals, so I'm not worried about that...
Bottom line, in my opinion, you probably won't notice it on the street, but if you race, it might be that little edge that you need.

I did a flush and fill with water wetter as soon as I got my car, I just drained my coolant to replace coolant hoses and i'll put water wetter in when I refill. My normal op temps are around 182-190 off boost
