Wastegate question
I was at RX-7 store and I was looking at the wastegates and I noticed on the opions for them you could get different psi worth of wastegates.
My question is would there be any reason not to just go full on and get the 22.8 psi wastegate? I dont plan on having that much PSI anytime soon, if at all, but is there a reason not to go that high?
Thanks

whoa dude, thaose numbers are the spring pressures ...ie the MINIMUM boost the wastegate will allow. Choose the spring based on the lowest boost you want to run.

Hahah ... no worries. The only stupid questions are the ones left un-asked.
Best to get a good flowing wastegate, with a small psi spring. Just in case you want to turn the boost down for any reason.
