Fuchs jointing compound....or a dead set of twins would be the way to go if that one won't seal as is.

Yeah you will have to find one used. That said that gasket doesn't look beyond hope, clean it up and go over with with a Scotch-Brite and get the surfaces on the turbo clean and get any crud off and you should be good.
