Warping of OEM bumper
I have my 93 in the shop for a repaint and the tech noticed that the front bumper has started to warp. I too had noticed this previously but did not think about it again till the tech mentioned it to me. The bumper is basically sunken in a little on either side of the Mazda emblem. I appears to have started to sag due to the age and maybe as a result of it heating up in the hot sun.
Has anyone else had experiances such as this? Is it fixable? Maybe heating it up some and reforming it? Or am I stuck spending the money for a new cover?
Thanks in advance,
Grant

My bumper has the same problem and I didn't even take that into consideration before my repaint . As far as I know there is no easy way to fix it. You can pick up stock bumpers in the FS section for pretty cheap. Make sure you ask if the bumper was sagging before it was removed so you don't end up with another unusable bumper.
