VERY SCAREY indeed.
this is what my first impression was, of course they are going to blame the issue as a counterfeit, i'm sure they can be salvaged with better anchors.

Just take that picture to Mitch and he'll come up with something better and likely for less

You should have an easier time w/ the seat mounts. The trouble with the racks is that they had to switch suppliers. Mitch can certainly build you a very nice mount, mine has my seat ultra-low and has the seat belt receptacle integrated and everything.

The advantage w/ the Atomics is that you can continually futz with the adjustment... and in your case Crispy, you could polish them.

Just keep in mind with those, they are not sliders so the seat is fixed. I have them and they do require a little dremeling when installing.

^ You have the Atomic Rex mounts?

Just an FYI Jon has changed the design of the mounts. They no longer look like that. He said that they do not require the dremling anymore. I had an email from him at the end of August with a pic attached but I must have deleted it.

That's good as it didn't seem to make sense to add that burden during the install when it seemed like something that wouldn't really increase production costs/time.
