warm up idle

I have IAC removed, coolent bypass in the TB, also have all the emission junk removed. When the car warms up, the RMP stucks @ 2K until the car fully warms up. is this normal? Before I do the coolent bypass, it will idle @ 2K for a little, then slowly brings the idle down to around 1K, but now, it will be stuck @ 2K until I blip the throttle when warmed. Any idea why?

Sounds like the AWS (accelerated warmup system) is still installed, and maybe sticking? Hence the throttle blip is required before it will fall back down.
