no you didnt! just kidding! I believe that your car might have started a good trend for fd (sellers),like me,or maybe fds are starting to command the monetary value that they are due. nice supra!

I wouldn't say its a trend. I've owned 3 fd's. Every single one of them sold close to $30k. They were all low mileage FD's, all less than 30k miles.

As we all know, kids are picking up junk FD's for cheap and totalling them. For a consumer to find a FD with original low miles, without a rebuilt motor, is very rare. Especially one in excellent condition. As I have flown around the U.S. to find my FDs.

For the Supras, the general ownership of Supras are older guys that have a bit more money. They understand resale value and don't devalue each others car. Something I notice here on the RX-7 forum, it is rather unfortunate that there are unsupportive members of their own cars value.

I also recently sold my '96 3000GT VR-4 Spyder with 11k miles for $41k. Lots of guys tell me I would get a dime over $30k. Even the president of the 3000GT/Stealth Club told me to sell it to him for $35k or wait for ever to sell it, I sold it one day later. Even on this very forum I was told I would not be able to sell the RX-7, less than 24 hours later it sold.

I believe anyone with a extra clean FD, especially low miles, will have great resale success. It isn't easy to find a nice FD, a lot of junk out there.

Holy cow, nice set of "Hot Wheels" you got there! WTF do you do for a living? My favorite part of your FD is the interior; I dig the silver/black combo

EDIT: is that your garage that is pictured (where the FD and the other cars are)? NOICE!!!!

I'm more interested in knowing what this guy does for a living.

I'd work all over the world to come home to an FD and Supra like that.

Then again, I come home now to my FD, and it's nice enough..well, it has potential, that's what's important.

And my BROTHER....might be picking up a 60k mileage '94 Supra TT...so, that would be baddass to have next to my FD in the driveway. lol

He used to have his SR'd 240SX and I had my '88 Turbo II...we were like....rivals...and now I have my FD and he might get this Supra? HAHAHHAHA...it doesn't get any funnier than that!!

Brothers...arch rivals!....dun dun dunnnnn

Old pics I had taken. :P

Damn...I really miss my FC now too. It was faster than my FD is now, lol.

Who wouldn't miss that beauty? ;__;
