vMAZDA RX7 93-95 TT B-TYPE SHORT SHIFTER KIT

Just curious.. has anyone tried one of these shift kits? I see them on e-bay quite a bit now and was wondering if anyone has had any good/bad experiences with them.
Thanks

Bryan

Do a search on short shifters....... I have the Mazda $peed and love it. It's quiet. B&M is a noise but good shifter. Check out what others have to say.

Re: Requested link

No experience with the item. However, the seller sounds VERY familiar. Do a search on his name. I think that someone on this board got scammed from him.

I know a couple of guys who bought this guy's midpipe and had no problem whatsoever. That shifter kit looks odd though. Never seen one like that.

Looks like B&M shifter to me...

It looks almost identical to my B&M shifter except mine is anodized blue... But ya I'm really happy with my B&M except its a little noisey but not bad though. I can't even hear it when driving because of my exhaust....Tony

The one on ebay is APEX not APEXI. Its fake.

Its a scam. It might be o.k. but you get what you pay for.

APEX Shifter

I bought one of these and it is nice. Feel is a bit stiff but should free up over time. The only thing I didn't like was the packaging and the threads for the shift **** were not stock thread. He is switching out the unit for me shipping reimbursed and this thing has a 5 year no questions asked warranty. If it's a copy of the B&M then great as I was going to buy that one any way and it is about half the price. If it's a scam then the guy is doing some nice machine work on it to scam people.....so you be the judge. If you grab 5th instead of 3rd. then you have a death grip on the shifter while driving. Just mu $.02

i got the shifter off of e bay also, It seems to work rather well, it is a little stiff though. my only gripe is the diamater of the shifter was smaller than the original, so the rubber boot doesnt seal very well.

I've heard pretty good reviews with people with the C's, and pettits short shifters. I thought the throw on my mazdaspeed one wasn't short enough though, so I hacksawed it and retrheaded it :P I'm going for that Semi-Truck transmission feel Montblu: C's is the most expensive shifter out there next to mazdaspeed. Being in Japan, Canman6969 can probably give you the best deal on one

C's Short Shifter

My friend has the C's shifter for FD RX7 shipment coming in tomorrow, I just asked him. About 5 sets are available. Individual price is $300 including shipping in the U.S, group buy for 5 is $275 including shipping.

Maybe I can stir something up, if anyone is interested just email me at blackbeastrx7@yahoo.com

HOLLY CRAP THATS EXPENSIVE!!

Ok I had put a price, but I was told not to do that anymore. So what I will do is tell you I can get it to you
in 4-8 days after reciept of payment for cheaper then that group buy price, actually more then $10 cheaper then his group buy price, and thats just for one..
