No. In fact the two that affect turbo function are the one below the pressure chamber, and the one that is on the same branch as the vacuum chamber.

The rest are for emissions and unless they've failed completely are not such a big deal.

i got rid of my EGR crap and i ended up with an extra check valve. i think you're referring to Dale Clark, if so he's the same guy i got mine from (great guy, btw).

Isn't the 5th valve a metal check valve? No point in replacing it, since it can't crack. You may want to check that it functions, though... mine didn't and i still need to buy one more check valve.

I'm the dude with the check vavles The sets I sell are just to replace the green/white and green/black plastic check valves - the aluminum check valve for the charcoal canister system does just fine, if it's stuck it just needs cleaning.
