another question... sorry

I have the whole air box out right now and i can not find where the tube that comes out the right side of the airbox attaches to. It just kinda came off with the air box and I can not find anywhere for it to attach.

If you guys know anywhere on the net that i can find out, send the link please, thanks.

that hose on the right doesn't attach to anything, it just vents out under the intake box

all you have to do is pull the hose with the ABV on it out of the airbox and cap the airbox(less than 3min) I got tire of mine. the snezzy noise will get old after a month or 2. But every body should experience it
I will admit, its badass at first

you don't have to take the airbox off or anything like that. while looking at the airbox from the front of the car, the two hoses that are about 1" in diameter (one above the other), the bottom one of the two should be disconnected from the airbox. you don't have to move anything else. just make sure to cap the one open nipple from the airbox... i used double-sided tape rolled up against itself and shoved it in the hole (you can poke it out by taking the box cover off), but after i did mine i read you can use a bottle cap from a 20 oz. to cap it.

About that missing 1" hose that goes to a metal pipe. I removed that because I eliminated my ACV (Air Control Valve) and it no longer served a purpose.

darn! how loud did you expect it to be? mine's loud as hell... so loud it scares people on the street sometimes I can't wait to get my new intake to muffle it a little (not too much of course )

I used 5/8 rubber caps available @ Autozone, etc. They just shove right on there. You can cap things that are pressured with these to, up to about 14psi, then the tops start ripping off them.

Ask me how I know? Had one on my y-pipe right were the BOV connects because I got the Greddy Elbow w/Greddy Type S BOV. Was racing a vette and lost because the top ripped off the rubber cap under 14psi boost @ about 135Mph.
