vacuum line question

i took off my UIM and when i put it back on im having trouble finding which lines goes where. can anyone tell me if this is right.

Sorry didnt know what to search "vacuum line" and id get all the vaccum lines i dont need. i saw the diagram but didnt know where the 2 box's were on there cause they dont show them attached to the UIM. but i found it right after i posted this.
