Vacuum leak from throttle body-pic inside !

Vacuum leak from throttle body-pic inside !

I sourced a leak coming from the circled part in red, is there a seal I can replace or should I get a different throttle body? Also, when I open the throttle (move throttle cable) it leaks even more !
