Vacuum hose questions

Hey sup guys i was just curious if any one knew how much of each size vacuum hose do i need to redo the hoses under the UIM? and is Viton prolly the way to go or should i do something else im close to having to replace the engine(85k) but i had to replace the fpd anyways so what should i do as far as vacuums lines?

The silicone is excellent - viton is IMO a little overkill.

The lengths used in the RX7store kit turned out to be a little more than double what I needed (I skipped the washer fluid lines). If you go viton, don't get as much as the regular kit supplies unless you want a bunch of spare.

Dave would be right... i've found i've had a lot of use for spare hose, but you may not.

Forget that. If your engine has 85k on it and you aren't experiencing boost control problems, I would wait for your rebuild. It will be a HELL of alot easier to replace them then.

I agree with that !!! I did all my hoses when I put my new engine in. Much easier to do and you can have a an easier time doing it without breaking your back bending over in the car and all the little places are accessible. <<<<---bad spelling

yeah but the problem is the old hoses have become so brittle i can put them back on.
