AFAIK, you cannot delete the chamber if you are running sequential.

I have seen in one of the Solenoid rack testing threads that you can repair broken nipples with thin metal tubing from McMaster Carr.

Alternatively, you can get a used one DIRT cheap since it is not required when you go single turbo. It is not too hard to replace the tank either

+1 to McMaster Carr. That website is the best for random projects or DIYers that want to build their own custom parts. You can also probably find one for cheap on here if you ask or check with Japan2La he might have some stuff for you. "parts.com" also has some awesome OEM parts to choose from if you can find it on there ebay has one right now for $10+$7 shipping

Makes me wonder if there is no market for a set of aluminum fabricated vacuum and pressure tanks for the FD..

This is something that is well within my ability to TIG up and produce. I have never considered it til now though...?

AFAIK, they don't fail that often and, as evidenced by this thread, good used replacements are cheap and available. Not sure there would be much market would be for an all-metal version.
