ok the check valves were correct... i did a couple nutral boost and the pressure chamber let some air out, i still didnt see my charge solenoid working tho...

If that's the case, and the vacuum chamber was holding vacuum, then it's time to trace the lines from the CCA back to the solenoid, and make sure it's all hooked up exactly right.

Hmm, I see now you have a PFC. I'm not sure if the PFC cycles the solenoids at koko like the stock ECU - so that might explain part of the problem. Did the TCA move?

from what i could see no, since i couldnt really get under my car i was looking through the top at what i thought was the rod that hooks up to it, does the clicking noise by chance have to do with any thing when you turn the key cause every time i turn the key on i hear a clicking sound, not sure if thats the atuators moving or not...

The solenoids, actuators, and relays all click with the key on sequence. You'd have to see the actuator to know that its moving.
