I love to hear that. Now I don't feel so bad about springing for the $2000++ setup. Thanks for the input. Have you used any other setup (other than the v-mount)?

 

It seems to me if you went through all that trouble you'd dump the stock radiator and make a custom one that didn't use the stock rad hose outlets.

The IC placement looks OK, try the ASP airpump friendly IC pipe to eliminate the tight bends on the hot side of the IC.

 

I'm also hoping that you're going to fabricate some ducting to keep the air from simply flowing past the radiator/IC. Otherwise all that work you did will be useless. You can't just plop a heat exchanger any old way in front of the airflow and expect that airflow to want to run through it...

 

For the first person willing to polish and use the new airpump pipe with a front mount / Vmount, meaning you'll have to fab up a short section of tube for your particular IC, and post pictures so people can see how it works and eliminates bends, I'll sell them a tube for half price $67 + shipping. Just one person : )
