using Greddy Profec B as my boost gauge?
I just got the greddy Profec b, and was wondering if instead of "T"ing off my boost gaugel ine, should I just make the Greddy Profec my boost gauge?? One of the features of the unit is that it shows boost in real time. So I was thinking about using my boost controller as my boost gauge, getting rid of my boost gauge and filling the empty pod with a water temp gauge. Are there any issues that I have overlooked?

I've noticed that mine usually reads ~1psi higher than the aftermarket analog boost guage I have, and others have commented on this as well. IF you locate it at eye level it'd work just fine, it is actually superior to the analog gauge because your mind doesnt have to calculate distance between 0/5/10/15 tick marks. The only thing is that the standard for the profec is metric, and though it will display psi, it does so in 3 digits with no decimal..for instance, 132 = 13.2psi, and 43 = 4.3psi. IT has an awesome feature that you can set which flashes peak boost for 3 seconds after you drop into vacuum.
