Used engine price????

What do you think about a fd engine with 90-90-90 and 80-85-85 for 1800$. And what is a new engine compression?

That engine needs a rebuild very soon. New/Rebuilt compression should be between 120-125. Definately not worth it.

I certainly wouldn't spend $1800 on a used motor with those readings.....those are not much more than a good core.

I have a reman with 10k miles on it, 115-117 compression on all faces. I resealed the oil pan and installed a oil pan reinforcement brace as well. Looking to get 2,250, with no core. Reman will run you $2600 plus shipping and a core charge of about a grand if you dont give one back.
