I have a 1994 b-rew in a 1988 chasis. Without stating the my number of random problems, I want to upgrade the oil cooler. Can I get a regular sandwich adaptor that screws in under the oil filter and then plug the line that goes into the block? This would make the line go from the oil filter go to the cooler and then back to the filter, bypassing where the cooling line goes into the engine?
