7_rocket, what does your post say?

I read "rims look" then my eyes drift to the left and a little drool escapes.

His sprayed MC looks just like mine except he needs a new bottle and to ditch the spray paint on the cap next time. lol Engine bay looks great! battery tie down is very unique! Rims are definitely open to interpretation ;o/ Good looking car overall.

i believe the rims are great...

but as always, the American standard is the lack of knowledge about serious offsets(o thank the gods of low disk,3peice forge, and 6"lips... amen). if those rims were 1 inch bigger and take off about another 15-20deg offset then id bet pants would fly and saliva would fill the room!!!

sprayed MC? master cylinder? you can see it? its a reworked 929 piece. . . polished, of course. the cap is one of the same as those "gay chrome caps on the fluid reservoirs" except theyre just polished aluminum and not chrome. also, there isnt much paint in the engine bay. . . if its colored. . . its powdercoat. i think the intercooler duct, oil reservoir, and airbox are painted. . . and thats it i believe.

oh, what drama david garfinkles car has brought to this forum. . . and somehow, it has come back!!! now, its time for you guys to accuse me of having spent too much time in his pants hanging from his sack!!!!!

btw, i only posted that information because im bored at work. . . and figured why not. . . thanks for giving me something to do on this fine thrusday morning!!!

yeah, i dont believe so, either. i think that style rim has seen its day. the advans still rock in my book, but they have a totally different look to them. i, personally, dont mind his rims. . . but they wouldnt be my first choice. . . and werent. haha. . . cause my rims have 5 spokes.

haha. yeah man, I have X-ray vision.... yeeeah I was looking at his brake MC/ Booster. The brake res cap looks painted from that angle and looks to be chipped (a sticker perhaps?) and the bottle looks imbread tooth yellow. With a engine bay that nice and shiny white bottle is certainly in order ;o)

nah, high gloss tends to act as a mirror at times.

nah, david hardly advertises for anyone. . . and i dont think ive ever seen a sticker on his car. maybe your xray vision saw an impurity in the aluminum that we couldnt see? better tell david not to weld on that thing!!!!

i prefer regular ole englishman yellow, myself. . . oh, and its "inbred". . . "imbread" is what those yellow-toothed goons in the mountains of east tennessee say when theyre woman isnt paying attention to their bread needing dinner guest. . . gotta sop that human blood gravy up with something!!! ex: lookie here, wench!!! git dis man sunt'n fer dat saws. . . he needs 'imbread'!!!!"

ill be sure to point that out to him. he could use all the help he can get to make sure his car is brought to show quality standards.

lol. foot in mouth. Damn stream of consciousness typing! Though, scholars do maintain that the extra "a" should be added to the word for its full effect to be realized, much like the state of Whaales Vagina.

I'm from NoVa, so I am quite familiar with both forms of the word as I have ventured West on occasion and have worked in a bakery for a short time. ;o) Oxford is where I study to further develop my illiteracy and metallurgic X-ray vision, not where I'm "from"; however, Brits do tend to have some yellow, crooked fangs. lol

You realize ofcourse I am only pointing these things out because I believe his excellent engine bay -which you have nothing to do with- warrants above-average attention to detail. I'm also fairly certain that David is a grown man who doesn't need some limp-wristed eagle scout to brag about how hairy his *** looks in the mirror that is his engine bay. His car is certainly one of the nicest on the forum, but that doesn't mean everyone won’t nit pick the shi_ out of it.

Merry Christmas

alright, alright. apparently, i have stumbled across a nerve. let me point this out. it is no secret that david is a friend of mine. sure, i have nothing to do with his engine bay, but i have just as much reason to make a quote about something i have nothing to do with as you.

all im pointing out is that youre missing things. . . or messing things. there are no stickers. there are no painted caps, and the plastic ive seen on his car is white. . . i was merely pointing out these things in a sarcastic manner to gain a chuckle. . . not to be called a limp-wristed *** gazer. my uniform looks nothing like an eagle scouts uniform. i dont take pictures of davids *** from the view of his engine bay either. again, i am sorry that you have taken my responses out of context. . . maybe that block of education hasnt reached oxford yet?

and remember. . . . \/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/

LMAO. As doucherific as you seem at first glance, I can't help but like you and your sarcasm. I appreciate your taking the time to pull the pubes out of your teeth and provide us with timely correction of our misobservations. Eagle scouts, Brownies, it's all the same to me. One thing is for darn sure, your purble box cookies are like crack! Now let's see some pics of your project.... ;o) Just having some fun on here as well, from one sarcastic bastard to another.

Cheers

haha, mine isnt nearly the same setup. good callout, though. ill try to dig some pictures up. . . though, i dont know how easy thatll be. i used to post pics of it up all the time, but the forums are a little "blah, blah" for me lately. . . and so is my car at the moment. so, you got me. . . though, i will try to find some for you at a later time.

here is one of the items i plan on installing on my car in the near future. . . still working out the quirks and all, but ill make it work.

That'll give you at least 37RWHP, that is, assuming proper sticker geometry. With that type of power you'll surely need to upgrade your fuel delivery and probably go stand-alone, bare minimum. I'd make sure you knock out the reliability mods before you go power crazy and start bolting turds onto the car. Just my 2P.
