UPDATE: 93 RX7 stalling at low RPM's (auto) HELP! :)

MY 93 Auto RX7 stalls and cuts out at LOW RPMS:

it seems like it shifts into second at too low an RPM making it stall and
seem like its not getting enough fuel - or like its gonna die.

when i go slow through traffic, the car shifts into second/sometimes 3rd and put it at a LOW LOW
RPM like 1000...

making it stall out a little.
then i have to push the gas harder to get the RPMs up.

whats the deal?
TRANNY?
etc

i need to know please!
thanks !

First- get a Boost/ Vacuum guage - should be pulling at LEAST 10-12in Vac at Idle - If not check for Vac leacks,
Then Get a compression check, Low compression (>6 avg/Face on a Mazda comp. checker wil lead to the auto stalling)
Also may be related to the Throttle Position Sensor (TPS)
Does it happen more w/ the ac on?

Multiply the Inch # by 25.4 or Divide the mm #

inch = mm/25.4
