Unconnected valve See pics!!

Just wondering if this is supposed to be unconnected ?
I took off the Pressure Chamber that sits just behind the Intercooler piping to get a look under the manifold and I found this unconnected valve.

Please let me know where this valve connects too,

Right. Follow that hard pipe and you should find nothing on the other end of it either.
