BC UIM porting question

I picked up a Rotary works TB and I am just curious how far you guys have gone into porting the UIM. I dislike all the raw metal in the way of the butterfly. If anyone has any pics of what they did I would love to see them. Have to take this project on asap before powder coating. Thanks in advance guys.

Ty

Awesome thanks. So I always see they just open the top two runners. Is it not a good idea to open the whole thing up so there is zero restriction behind the TB?

Be sure to check for leaks, if I remember correctly they had widespread issues with pressure leaks. I've never owned one though, so I can't speak from experience.

That is exactly what I was looking for. So it seems to work really well that way?

Mine works well. Idles and flows well. I did a lot of work all at once so I can't compare it to anything but I think it does it's job.
