Two extra electrical connectors - Where should they go?

I have two extra electrical connectors that I'm unsure where should go. The first one is inside the car where the ECU is.

See the black connection that is on the same harness as the ECU connectors. Where should this go? Should I leave it like that?

Here we have a white connector that is in the engine bay. My car is a japanese model so this is the side with the downpipe and steering wheel. Any idea what it should be connected too? I'm not sure, but I think it was unused even before I started removing the engine.

The first one is supposed to go to a small black control box that I do not see in the pic. I am not sure by looking at the pic where the other one goes.

Do you know what the black control box does? Is it possible that it is no longer used on my car and I can drop connecting it? Not sure if I remember correctly, but I think it was unused when I remove the original ECU.

the second one looks like wiring for a boost controller. follow it and see where it leads to.

IIRC, that should go to the fan control box. I'm not sure if that was ever a recall for the Euro models or not. Obviously, if you don't have the black fan control box, then you can't plug it in.
