Twin Turbo Tuning Help

What rwhp are you other twin turbo guys makeing? What should my car make at 15psi, power fc, full exhaust, intake,255lph fuelpump,fm intercooler, and power pulleys. Will I need a diffrent fuel rail and injectors at 15 psi. Any help would be great. I had a friend with this same setup he made 365rwhp. IS that about right?
