This is what I ordered from Ray when I did mine. I can't promise its everything, but it should have every gasket (Except the downpipe one, already had a new one). I think I was also missing the one smaller stud between the turbo and exhaust manifold. Ray definitely knows the list if you ask him though. Not on this list, but I'd get new gaskets for the turbo-ypipe connections as well.

N3A2-14-293 x1
N386-13-535 x2
N3A2-13-710 x1
N3A1-13-710 x1
N3A1-13-461 x2

1 Turbo actuator clip $1.36
5 Turbo to Exhaust Manifold studs + nuts (alternate PN for studs that's cheaper #L3K9-13-146A)
4 Exhaust manifold to Engine studs + nuts

Oil banjos / coolant banjos + crush washers

There are some things you really should replace, like the oil return line gaskets, 2 coolant hoses, etc. Then there are things that need to be replaced if bad, like the exhaust gaskets - if they are good, you can re-use them. Thing here is those gaskets are REALLY expensive and not worth going through replacing if they are in good shape.

Also, it depends on if the studs cooperate when removing them. If you end up having to replace studs or, god help you, have one break, it's a whole 'nuther project.

Here is an excellent thread on the studs/nuts -
https://www.rx7club.com/3rd-generati...studs-1019119/

I MUCH prefer the copper nuts to the OEM nuts. I've been using them on multiple cars for YEARS without any failures. They come out nicely without damaging the studs too. Theorie in that thread has a link to them from Clips and Fasteners.

I would plan on having some down time to order parts once you get the old turbos out. That way you can get just what you need without buying stuff that you don't need.

You can find the OEM style exhaust port gaskets for ~$60, but that's still not "cheap".

The question I always ask is whether or not I'm going to be thrilled if I reuse a gasket in a tough spot to access, and it does end up leaking from not being able to crush/seal well enough. A gasket can look fine/new and still not have enough give left to seal properly, that can be a tough call visually (at least for me)

On the nuts, one thing I forgot to mention is that I would try to use high temperature (nickel, I think) anti-seize on those. Stock or copper nuts, that should prevent any issues if you need to remove them in the future. For whatever its worth, I used copper nuts for the downpipe, but I did get new OEM studs/nuts for the exhaust manifold and turbo.

The 2 turbo to manifold gaskets are pricey, about $70 for one and $100 for the other. Downpipe gasket is $170 which is real eye-watering.

You can typically reuse those gaskets MANY times before they become a problem. Most common culprit is the larger turbo to manifold gasket having a slight blow out. Or they will totally die if you have some sort of fastener failure (stud/nut comes off).

Manifold to engine gasket is around $60 each, you need 2. Those are also ones that are nearly always re-usable.

I forgot to reply to this but thanks everyone for helping me with this and not saying "search" because i did and couldnt find what i need. I love you guys. Im saving up money to get all parts i need. The low mileage twins i got might be no good. There is no shaft play at all but when i spin only one of the turbines i get a slight scrape sound but i dont see the blades rubbing on the housing. Maybe its because there is no oil in the turbo? The other turbine is as smooth as eggs which is odd.

I had a little bit of that sound too in mine, turned out to but just a bit of dust between the turbine blades and the housing. A little compressed air cleaned the dust out and no longer had that scraping sound. Had to take the housings off to find this out and clean effectively though. Might be worth the time to separate before putting everything together.

I don't think having no oil in the turbo would cause sound (mine doesn't) unless the bearings are already bad? I would think if bearings are bad you would have more shaft play.
