NC Turn Signal / Wiper + Rear Wiper Combo Switch to Turn Signal / Wiper Combo Switch

Not sure on where to start for this... I looked and couldn't find anything about this. I have a broken Combo switch with Rear Wiper and wanted to see if the Combo Switch without Rear Wiper will work? I AM NOT keeping the rear wiper. It will be removed. Is the wiring the same minus the added wires for the rear wiper or what? TIA!

Not 100% sure but in general Mazda just uses the same connectors but doesn't have the wiring in place. My feeling is you would be safe getting a combo switch without a rear wiper. May want to do a Google image search and see if you can see pictures of the connector, may be able to verify that.

I've been trying to do so and I pull up wiring diagrams that just show the wire color codes and that's all. 🙄

Checking the wiring diagrams for both wipers and rear wiper switch. It appears to use the same connector X-04. Check pages D-1 and 2. Also the connector is show on page X-1.
