Turn Signal Lamps
Does anyone know if the lenses on the turn signal lamps are able to come out? Because Mazda sells them seperately but when I take off the old turn signal lamp from the car I cant get the lense off because it seems to be sealed. Can anyone help me out?

Thanks. Yeah all Im replacing is the outside lens for the lamp. A couple quick questions though. Would I have to seal them up again? If so what would I seal it back up with exactly? Is it cool to put a heat gun to the lamp like that? I just dont want to have to replace the whole turn signal.

Yeah they do sell the lense seperately for 50 bucks. All Im replacing is the top part though. The only part visible when the turn signal is put back into the car. How did you break yours?

Why are you changing them? If it's just because of cloudiness, I've had some luck with polishing them up.
FWIW, I used some Mequire's Clear Plastic Polish, clamped a variable speed buffer on my bench and held the lens in my hand against the pad. I found I can control everything better and watch out for too much heat build up. They buffed out pretty nice. Cost was < $10, and < half-hour.
