I need help for my FD.

Well, the car was running after the single turbo install. But I have one problem that start right after finihed with the install.

First, my low coolant level light is on. There are coolant on the system, coolant level sensor is ok. Now, I found something from search. It was about a connection under the elbow that might caused the coolant light to be on. Can anybody help me with it.

Second. Now, the car won't start after sitting for 2 weeks. Check the battery, it needed charge. I jumped the vehicle, but the still won't start. Check the plug, it is ok (not flooded). I can't find the ignition fuse, can someone let me know where the fuse at? Can't get spark out of plug.
I know that I still need to check the coil.

I need to get it start soon. The car will be tune on the end of May.
