Question turbo oil return hose gasket

Hey got a question, is there anything I should look out for when replacing the return pipe gasket from the rear turbo. Also, the gasket does go on dry with out any sealant, right?

Nothing special other than the holes only line up correctly in one direction. It does go on dry.

I did mine when putting my motor in over a year ago and they are still dry.
