Remember RX-7's have oil injection, because of this your spark plugs go bad very quickly...be sure that it's your turbo's that are blowing oil...have you checked the intake elbow? if it's covered in oil...you have a big problem and might want to look into getting new tubo's or getting yours rebuilt.
BTW: I have a stock set of good turbos for sale..

Nice try, but I just installed an HKS single. My turbos blew enough that when I removed my intercooler, and held it at an angle, oil ran out of it, same for my intake elbow.
