turbo kits
what is the best turbo kit out there, performance wise?
i know bigger ones have more power and smaller ones spool up quicker, but what is the best thing to do, considering the space under the hood, performance, etc.
would the best thing to do be to put a small one and a big one?

the first thing you want to do is set some goals as to what it is you want out of yer FD.
sounds like you want high performance street use, Maybe you should have a little patience and try a non- sequential conversion and see if you like it, it will give you a ruff idea on what a single turbo set up is like.
if you do like it and want heaps more ( I mean heaps) power then rx-6 or even better HKS T51 R sinlge turbo set up.
as far as bolting it all on urself, if you have to ask, you aint ready for it.
do some more reading in the forum and searching.
After that you will get an idea of just how silly some of your questions are.

im looking to put a turbo kit on it so that i can use it to go pretty fast. but i dont want it to be so bad that i cant beat anyone. i would like to make it the best that i can, but i also dont want to put one on there and then figure out that it really sucks so i have o replace it. i would like to get as much power from them as i can. im just wondering what the biggest and best one on the market right now is. does anyone know?

I think that maybe he was thinking of doing something that hasnt been done before.Perhaps he was thinking of running the turbos sequentially but instead of using the stock twins he would use a small turbo for quick spool up and then a larger one at transition in order to really give it a kick in the pants.
