Yes, I searched, could not find a clear answer other than for FCs... The part number ends in 1400 which makes me think its a M14, but trying a M14x1.5 die on it seemed to look like it was too small, then eyeballing the tap made it seem like it was between M14 and M16 (M15 tap, seriously?).

I'm less concerned with the bolts but I also need to clean the threads on the turbo housing so I really don't want to mess up there...

 

So, chalk it up to loose tolerances on tap/die sets at harbor freight and me being cautious...

For future reference, it is, in fact, M14x1.5

 

For anyone interested/lazy its p/n 99369-1400 and 99562-1400 for the washers. I just bought these for the turbo install on my car.

 

That's the same as the oil feed banjo bolt too (on front iron)
