a little off topic, but in our case, it impossible to flow more at the same boost unless you've opened up restrictions elsewhere (clipped exhaust wheels, engine porting). You are dealing with a wastegate controlled, closed loop system. The part where your higher flowing compressor wheels help is by lower change air temp.

I think fdracer may be right. My question to you artguy is why is it if you close off the PC valve you only boost 15psi on the primary turbo? Maybe it's because your WG is cracked open to much to begin with. I've done some tests on a stock FD and the WG solenoid kicks into duty control at different rpm's depending on what gear your in. In 3rd gear it goes to duty control at about 5000 rpm's. So, i don't agree with FDracer who says the WG also controls boost below the transition point.

I found the conversation interesting and so I decided to add my 2 cents.
