True SMG for an FD???
This may be OFN, but I found this:

It's rediculously priced, but how sweet it would be to have a true SMG in the FD.

True SMG is like a dogbox with no H pattern. It will have lots of gear wine and such. The SMGS that you find on most production German cars are just automatic transmission with more driver contorl i guess you could say.

Sequential Manual Gearbox: It's still manual-operated, like a sportbike. You can find these in CART, Australian Supercars, and some of the WRC cars (many WRC and F1 are electric/hydraulic-operated sequential gearboxes). Not like the auto-stick stuff found in production automobiles.
Toyota offers a 6-speed SMG option for the '03+ MR2:

With luck, we might find one on the next 2-seater rotary sportscar. RX-7? RX-9? As long as it weighs less than 2800 lbs and has 300 hp, I don't care what Mazda calls it.
