My aggravation wasn't directed at you, it was directed at Bee, who seems to think it's sensible to recommend putting a car on a dyno without any knowledge of the boost pattern. I figured you and Dale wouldn't be going that direction without such info, but that fact was simply absent up till now.
Thats the whole point, we already knew his boost pattern, its not the problem. Putting the car on a dyno will allow him to see whats really going on. Hell, if you know someone with a datalogit and a wideband, go out and do some logging, that should lead you down the right path. I have been working on these cars for a long time and anytime you get a problem like this, it always seems to be a fuel issue. If your reading a positive manifold pressure and not the subsiquent power, the only option is and overly rich mixture or ignition problem. If he was overly lean, he would be seeing more power and detonation, but hes not. If he was seeing an ignition problem, he would more than likely be seeing it up top, not down low where the stock ignition system is more than adequate.

Put the car on a friggin dyno and watch the ratios, I would bet money you have a wet spot right were you loosing power.

C'mon Steve, jump in and back me up on this. Have all the people that know what they're talking about left this forum?

Take it to a shop with a dyno, bring the sheet back here, post it on the forum and ask for advice.

I'd like to know how you knew that seeing as it appears you're in Austin, he's in Fla, and the actual boost pattern wasn't written to the thread until later. Actually I don't need to know, because the point is that the issue hadn't been closed. But now it is, and I'll bow out since I know jack about tuning and ignition issues.
