Does anyone know how to reach them via phone? I tried to email them at sales@tripower.net as stated on their website or using the email contact function on the site and neither went through. There is no phone number to call either.
I've made a purchase of a RX7 duel pod since 8/2/05 and website says it will take 3-5 business day for delivery but I still have not get the part yet as of today.

Anyone know if they are still in business??

Do you mean tri-power or tri-point?

Looking at www.tripower.net (who would own any @tripower.net email addresses) it seems to be a consulting company.

I am going to give the consulting place a call to follow up my order to see what they says.

fwiw - Anthony at Tripower was always quick to respond to me and even called me to apologize when my order was delayed.

I've just called them this morning via 973-227-7100, Anthony was on vacation until mid August and I was speaking to his subsitute at ext. 24. The person told me they have receive the money on 8/2 and will ship pod out today and I shall receive them around Saturday. He told me the reason my order got delay was due to Anthony was on vacation this week and they didn't notice my order since Anthony is the one who process them.

By the way, Anthony should be back to office next week and his ext is 21 if anyone need to reach Tripower via above phone number.
