Nordskog digital gauges. Both have a peak hold function with the fuel pressure having both a low and hi peak hold. And they are inexpensive too!
Only $35 each!!!! I have them wired into a separate toggle switch so I can turn them off if I want too.

Looks really nice. I have a digital water temp gauge. Looks just like those...probably the same brand.

Nordskog - Intellitronix - Cyberdyne. I beleive they are one in the same with Nordskog being the manufacturer and the latter two being rebadged gauges.
I'm digging for accuracy info but I doubt they are any less accurate than most gauges on the market currently short of the $300 aviation type gauges.
I'll let you guys know what I find.

Summit Racing - domestic territory I know but they had the best prices. Don;t forget the cost fo the sender/sensors too IIRC the fuel pressure was $35 and the temp sensor was $15

Not sure about the automotive gauges, but in the marine/boating world, Nordskog gauges are THE standard by what others are judged by. But....they are very high dollar.

I too saw those gauges and other Nordskog's in the SUMMIT catalog.....hmmm. Not bad, not bad at all.....
