Tried powder coating for the first time tonight!

Not really bad for the first time, I glass bead blasted all the debri off doesn't look to bad for the most part....

did you do it yourself? What system did you use? The Eastwood set-up is pretty nice. I have been thinking of getting that for a while. Even saved my old oven when we replaced it last year!

yeah i love powdercoating. its hard to mess it up. always comes out nice. look great.

just got a powder coating machine at Harbor Freight along with a glass bead media gun...

What do you use to cure it? I don't know whether to go with their special $400 oven, infrared lamp (almost $400 too) or find some cheapo electric oven.

cheapo electric oven... you can use a gas one too, I have heard stories that they cause imperfections and bubbling in the powder, but thats all they are is just stories...

I heard with a gas one, it can catch on fire but not sure. Anyways, the manifold looks good!
