Which transmission sensor is this?

I'm doing an auto to manual conversion and just got a very nice transmission from ebay. That said, there is a sensor that was damaged somewhere between Japan and my house. I have the shop manual that I purchased way back in 95, but it's not the best for this and I can't tell what sensor this is that is circled in the pic. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks!
Dan

Yes

yes I took it off and it’s definitely a speed sensor. Now hoping auto and manual are the same part.

And of course they are different parts, so had to buy one. FYI speed sensor part #'s:R505-17-400B for Manual
BV65-17-400 for automatic
