Transmission Question, please help!

So transmission was acting funny but working ok until i did slight pull slash drift today. now i cant keep it in first gear (pops out), 2 gear drives but makes noise and wobbles the shifter when gas is on and off, 3rd gear drives but makes noise and wobbles shifter when on gas and off gas, 4th gear drives like normal, 5th drives but makes noise and wobbles with gas on and off. reverse works ok. trans mounts seem fine (trans and engine is still lookin solid when i rev engine), pulled shifter out and used ratchet extension to shift gears and just in garage i tried putting in first and let clutch out but still just pops out of gear. please give me your input and knowledge about my problem!

the 4 bolts that hold the shifter down were all finger loose, i tightened them up thinking that was the problem and still pops out of first. just doesnt feel like its fully going into first gear and even if i hold pressure up on it, it just grinds or pops out.

Do you hold the shifter when you drive?

check motor mounts?

I think your sync's are going out.

Bad habit holding onto the shifter, it will take out the syncs 9 of 10 times, a rebuild will do.

Stock tranny holds far more power than you are putting down. Several 500+ with stock tranny...

I wish I could actually help with what is going on with yours. I am pretty ignorant when it comes to tranny internals..

I would shop for another transmission as well. It's not the popping out of first that concerns me, it's the fact that it was making a lot of noise for a while.
