Woot! I love track vids!!! Thanks!

Of course..I still have to finish downloading it.

Hey...this is at Thunderhill. Cool...I love that hill..that's one of the best hills to watch from the stand when you're not running.

People F up all the time over there..heheh. How fast did you get up to on the larger straight?

Hey cossie nice vid . . . . it went at 233k/sec for me on cable, not bad. Was that at Thunderhill? It looked like u were pretty much stuck behind other cars and just lugging it around in 3rd gear the whole time. Was that one of those events where u can only pass on the main straight? Also do u have a list of mods on your car? Cool stuff man thanks.

253 kb/s, so much for 3 mb/s DSL

How do you have your camera mounted and what kind of camera? I don't think I've ever seen a steadier picture from in car, and that includes broadcast TV

Just need a way to reduce the glare out the windshield and reduce the wind noise and you should send it to Speedvision...oops, I mean Nascar TV

TYSON, your download is dependant on the other person's upload speed...and 3mb is not 3MB/sec, it's 3mega bits a second

fyi

I placed it on the rear strut bar.

<< fastest lap time was 2.20 recorded by HotLapTimer.
There are times on the board much faster..but I only belive in laptimers....

I was luggin ard most cars but all of them pointed me by when they had a chance. Which was cool.
I ran in the second run group .

Glad you guys enjoyed it.....

I'm aware of that. It's still less than 1/10 the advertised speed and less than 1/2 Vosko's speed

Cossie, where does one purchase such a camera mount I'm not familiar with the name.

Thank you great one!

I think u can try looking up i/o port racing. Its the name of the company that makes it. Its about 100 bucks.

Its nice as it has a little rubber bush to keep it from road shock....
It is meant for my M2 Roll bar which is being powdercoated as we speak

Next up 2/8 with Speed Ventures @ Thunderhill
2/16 with TrackNutz @ ButtonWillow

Tyson, what you still fail to realize is that 1byte = 8bit so 3mbps (megabit) will equal about 360K/S. Ofcourse they're going to advertise any bigger number they can say is relative, just like car companies that use crank hp figures to advertise their car instead of wheel hp...a WRX is rated at 227hp by subaru but actually only has around 170whp, that's pretty damn inaccurate.
Since Vosko is receiving a transfer at 600K/S I assume he's running closer to a 5mbps connection or more, which cost more.

coo, video, looks like you were stuck behind a blue MP3 protege, with another white 7 in front for most of the video.
That was fun to see!
